Question / Help Streaming Pixelated

Hi, I've been having a problem recently and I'm not 100% sure what's causing it.
Everytime I livestream it appears to be pixelated during high motion secnes.

Here are my settings:
Code:
DXTory Output:
1280x720 @ 45fps

Code:
OBS Encoding:
Quality: 10
Max Bitrate (kb/s): 800
Buffer Size (kbit): 6400

Max Bitrate (kb/s): 800
Buffer Size (kbit): 6400

Woah what are those settings.

Bitrate and Buffer should almost always be the same, and if not, Buffer should be a bit less, not magnitudes more.

What is your upload speed? And your buffer should be the same as the Max Bitrate.

Upload is: 1.60MB/s

What I did:

1 MB = 1024 KB
1.60 MB / 2 = 0.8 MB

0.8 MB = 819.2 KB - Which is my Max Bitrate (except I put it down to 800 for an even number).

Then I did this:
1 KB = 8 Kbit
800 x 8 = 6400 kbit - Which is my Buffer Size.

Surprisingly this was the best result I had so far. If I put my max bitrate to 800 and my buffer size to 800 it would come out very pixelated, but these settings are the best I've had so far.

Bitrate: 800 | Buffer Size: 800 and 750

You may have had some misunderstanding here. Max bitrate and Buffer size are both in kbit.
The upload speed result from speedtest is Mbit per second.

Just to clear up some confusion:

1MByte = 1024 KByte
1Mbit = 1000 Kbit
1 Byte = 8 bit

Therefore, 1 MByte is not 8 Mbit. Also, what anhdvu said: speedtest.net results are in Mbit, not in MByte.

I've only been doing some testing over the past few days while playing BF3 and it seemed no matter what I set my streaming bitrate at, I would still get a lot of pixelation during motion. The only thing I've found to fix it is use a slower CPU preset, in my case I used "Fast". I have an overclocked i5-2500K so my processor seems like it can handle it but that might not be the case for you.

You may try lowering the quality balance as another option as well. It can make high motion scenes better quality.
