Question / Help Streaming PC with capture card

So I want to stream my PC games using a capture card. This way I get way less fps drops and stuff and still keep good quality.

So I got it all fixed for Fortnite, cause this game plays in windowed. But when I want to play CSGO or another game, it plays in fullscreen. Playing in fullscreen doesn't get captured by the duplicate settings of my Nvidia card. People say it's because of the DirectX settings. And AMD seems to be able to change it. How does this work for Nvidia? Is there a way to change it? Or am I kinda screwed and do I need to play all my fullscreen games in windowed?

Using a capture card in a single-computer setup does not reduce fps dropping or reduce lag in any way. Game capture is more efficient.

Well streaming with CC gives me 144fps on fort, streaming with GC gives me 100ish :(
But in a couple of weeks I will get an extra PC so I just want to set it all up before that day

Okay I think i've found the issue. I play CS:GO at a 4:3 resolution, and the capture card won't capture that for some reason? When I put it on 16:9/16:10 it's fine. Anyone knows how to fix this issue?
