Can I streaming and recording other PC with AverMedia capture card from this PC? (This PC is streaming PC)
Streaming quality: 1080p@60FPS

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 2,80 GHz
RAM: 4 GB
GPU: GeForce GT710 2 GB
OS: Win 7 x64

Gaming PC (Recorded PC with capture card)

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400 2,66 GHz
RAM: 8 GB
GPU: GeForce GTX 650 1 GB
OS: Win 10 x64

I asked because I prepare to buy GPU GeForce GT710.
