Question / Help Streaming PC Help

Hi all so im getting a dedicated streaming pc for CSGO and i was wondering if a AMD FX-6300 will suffice for streaming at 720p 60FPS.Also im wondering would a Elgato HD60 Pro would help/If my processor could handle it.I already have the CPU from a past build,Dont really want to spend extra money on another cpu.Any Help Would be appreciated!

The FX-6300 should suffice for streaming, but is the AMD for gaming? or are you asking if an older CPU would help in encoding through the Elgato?
