Question / Help Streaming on YT with OBS?

Hi there,
I have some questions about Live streaming on YouTube.
How can I do that with OBS software?
I have experience with Twitch.tv live streaming but some people still have problem with laggs after refresing. Than I have partnership with YouTube but I don't know how stream trough that like in Twitch.tv.

Anyone please help me if you have some tips how to stream on YouTube. :)
