How can I stream on whatsapp with OBS?

As far as I know, this is only a feature of their mobile apps. I don't see any custom RTMP ingest servers listed for WhatsApp, and without one, you can't use OBS with it.
If you had an RTMP ingest address for WhatsApp, you would add it to OBS in Settings > Streaming as a Custom RTMP destination.
