Question / Help Streaming on Very good Computer and dropping FPS on game.

Hi guys i have a very good computer (i believe so) and i started streaming with OBS the first day everything was fine, but now the game (counter-strike Global Offensive) is dropping a lot of FPS (like from 300 to 100 now),

My Computer components are:

Mother board
Asus Prime B250-PLUS

Graphics Card:
MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Armor 6G OCV1

Processor:
Intel Core i7-7700K Quad-Core 4.2GHz c/ Turbo 4.5GHz 8MB Skt1151^

RAM:
RAM HyperX Fury 8GB (1x8GB) DDR4-2133MHz CL14 Preta

Can u help to configure this to have best quality and best preformance? please??

do u think that i should give it better configuration on bitrate and stuff? my internet is like 100mbs and 10mbs upload
