Question / Help Streaming on a i7 4790 with Intel HD4600 graphics?

Just bought an acer i7 4790 12gb ddr3 Windows 10 desktop pc/keyboard/mouse with the idea of having my wife stream to twitch with it. Currently we use a 4 yr old G73jh Asus RoG laptop using the elgato, and its kind of a struggle.

Ebays daily deals had it for $419.99, and that processor alone is just over $300, so I went for it. Won't be here for a couple weeks.

Only problem is that it comes with Integrated Intel graphics and a small 300w PSU. If I had to upgrade, i would need a new graphics card and PSU. My wife is just using it to stream console games (xbox one). Is this going to be enough to stream at 720p at 30 fps on a 50mb down/10mb upload connection? Or should i figure adding in a cost of a graphics card and PSU (have a case if i need to transfer the components in there for better air flow).

Here us a link of the pc

If it's only running OBS and getting input from a capture card then the integrated GPU should be fine. In the future if you decide to start gaming on it you'll definitely want to invest in a better PSU and discrete GPU.
