Streaming OBS Sound and Video keep getting out of sync

5+ generation old Ultra-low power CPU (for battery life not performance) with no discrete GPU trying to 60fps...
An exercise in frustration unless you are an expert at Operating System and OBS Studio optimization for an under-powered system for what you are asking it to do

Clearly you need to click on the Analyze button when uploading the log file.

Wi-fi isn't reliable enough.

Wi-Fi not an issue as when Wi-Fi is off and a stream is recorded to HDD it still does the same.

Wi-fi isn't reliable enough.

Not anything to do with Wi-Fi as I can turn it off and record the stream to hard drive and issue still occurs. Must be something to do with using an IP Camera as I stream another court using a Gopro with Capture card over WiFi and it has never given a single problem. IP Camera is a Provision 340IPE. I've checked settings in the Camera and can't find anything that might help.
