Question / Help Streaming MTGO and LoL. LAG/FPS drop

So my FPS completely drops whenever I stream and sometimes MTGO lags really hard during my streams. Here is a copy of my most recent log file from an MTGO stream this morning. Any help would be awesome! Thanks guys!

That is still incomplete, but I'll go ahead and make the educated guess that your problem is that you are streaming on too high of settings for your processor. Dual core CPUs do not work very well with streaming.

Downscale your resolution to 480p or 360p (500kbps won't look any good at 864p anyway) and consider raising your x264 preset to superfast or ultrafast. I'm not sure why you're streaming at 22fps, but I'm not about to tell you to raise it up...
