Question / Help Streaming Minecraft

I am having some lag issues with streaming mine craft and i just wanted to know how to fix it
I have a Dell Inspiron Laptop which is Intel Core i7
i just want to be able to stream to twitch and not have it lag out my game
Help would be much appreciated

it also wont let me stream cause of an error but this is the log

Yea, it's due to that model of graphics adapter on your laptop, there's no "efficient" way to really capture the game. The only other way is window/monitor capture with aero disabled, but those aren't particularly fast either.

Is there any way that I can improve my adapter or improve any of my computer settings to fix that

You can't replace graphics adapters on laptops, unfortunately.

You could try window or monitor capture with aero disabled, see if that works any better at all, but really that laptop is going to limit you on the capture performance.

Im getting a job soon and im gonna build a gaming pc so i will be able to stream then
