Question / Help Streaming Microsoft Word

I'm curious if there is a way to use OBS to stream Microsoft Word, I had previously used the monitor capture and half screened Word, this does not seem to work any more, as all I can see is a black screen. If I try to capture the program as a game capture I have the same problems. Any help or an addin recommendation would be greatly appreciated.

Post your logfile but window or game capture should work in many cases. you can also try window capture with compatibility mod eenabled which is almost 100% success rate in non-fullscreen games/apps like Word would be.

might need to add word to nvidia optimus

seems that word 2013 doesn't work in typical window of game capture modes. you might have to use monitor capture but I think optimus doesn't work with monitor capture so you might be screwed.
