I'm using 2 scenes:
1) a static image placeholder with the video thumbnail
2) a media file with an mp4 recording of a video
I create an event on YouTube with a one-time key and then begin streaming in OBS with the thumbnail scene selected. I start streaming in YouTube and on the watch page confirm that the thumbnail image is being streamed. I then change the scene to the video and it begins to play right away.
On the watch page of the streamed video, the audio of the video is heard but there is a couple of seconds where no video is displayed. Then the video appears along with the audio in sync.
So it just seems like the first couple seconds of the video are not being displayed even though the audio is coming through.
Any settings I can adjust to prevent this?
