Question / Help Streaming LOL pixelating while screen is moving

Start at around 9 min, and watch anytime I move the screen around. I'm not sure what's causing this. Only the viewers see this, I don't notice any frame drops or anything. Is this normal? And I'm on university internet so its 100mb down 40 mb up

You are streaming at way too low of a bit rate for 1080p60. Also, don't stream at 1080p60. It's too hard for people to watch because Flash is a resource hog when playing it back.

Thanks, I didn't even realize it was at 60. The stream looks good now

Yes, I hope you increased your bit rate or downscaled your resolution.
