Question / Help Streaming LoL on this setup

Hi i was wondering if i can stream League of Legends with my a little bit rusty PC.

Data:
CPU: AMD Athlon x2 4600+ 2.41GHz Duo
Graphic: Rateon 8600GT, Radeon 8600GT
Ram: 2GB DDR2
Os: win7

Net :
Dow 10
Up 1

Is is possoble to setup a good configuration and stream on thos machine? Now i have like 20 fps a little lagy but playable game. But when i see video from stream there is smooth sound but 1 frame for about minute.

Well ... you might not be able to get a decent output ... I streamed with my x2 6000+ (2x3Ghz), 4GB RAM and a way better internet connection than yours - could only run a decent 360p stream and it wasn't fun to watch at all.
