Question / Help Streaming LoL causes Ping Spikes /help

Hello OBS Team,

i just started streaming again after a year now and i have the problem, that i ve ping spikes while i play league of legends and want to stream.

My ping is 30 and when i play league of legends its 41 or 40. Now my problem is, as i start my stream, my ping jumps arround 40 and 70ms. Its not about the Bitrate because i ve 25k internet connection and i have no dropped frames even if i use 2000 - 3000 Bitrate. The same issue appears if i use just to test a 500 bitrate. i tried already just 30 fps and so on and real decent quality settings.

what could be the problem, because i used to stream already a year ago and everything used to be fine.

Specs: RAM 16,0 GB
i7-3770K CPU @3,50 GHz 64 Bit Nvidia Geforce GTX 660

Speedtest Specs: Ping 30 Download: 22,62 Upload 4,74

check "minimize network impact. If you are still having trouble after that is checked, post your logfile:
