Streaming limits on youtube?

I've been using OBS and streaming on YouTube for about a year and half without any issues. All little league baseball games and most lasting for about 2 hours and with double headers, I can stream twice in one day for a total of 4 hours. Last week, my YouTube Stream key has changed without my knowledge so my stream never went LIVE. After 4 innings of troubleshooting, I changed the stream key and then I was back to normal. Since that day, 10/9/2020, it seems I can only stream once in a 24 hour period. That poses a problem when we have double headers. The first game streams without incident, all my subscribers get notified. When I start streaming (still with OBS) no settings have changed, and OBS appears to be functioning like normal, but no YouTube notifications and no live streams. If I start the next day, seems like it is fine again and streams without incident. OBS records fine, but I only see one video stream, (in Live streams within YouTube studio) for that day with a double header. Any one else have this issues or know if there are new limitations set? Thanks in advance.

Additionally, I know OBS was streaming as my Verizon MIFI Jetpack showed 4GBs of usage while being streamed but YouTube did not stream it like my other live videos.

Is not a problem OBS, only YT configuration, it should be a natural instinct to check that everything is ok before broadcasting. Prepare a check list and follow it.

I would like to report a similar problem. Have had no major problems streaming to YouTube, using a reusable key for many years. Then, starting two weeks ago, I had what is described above show up. YouTube would receive the stream (as in a green dot in YouTube studio indicating stream health, but nothing showing up in the view window, just a message "connect streaming software to go life, and the spinning circle). On my channel, nothing would show up. Just the generic "Live stream offline" window.

I reset the key, the problem went away. I tested multiple times, the problem did not persist. Then, a day or so later, when it came time to stream, the problem came back. Only a reset of the key would fix this).

If this isn't an error then it is a major disruption to a simple procedure. If it is an error, is it on OBS or YouTube's side of things? I have tested this with both the most recent upgrade and a slightly older version (can't remember which).

eighty7, does this also describe your situation accurately, or am i working on a seprerate issue?

Yes, but partially. Description is exactly what I see as far as YouTube Studio. I've only had to reset my stream key once. I check it each time before I stream to make sure the OBS key matches. I was hoping someone knew about the daily stream limits or where I can find that info. Still no luck streaming twice in one day. Thanks.
