Streaming Light Red

I'm trying to figure out why when I click start streaming my light never turns green. I follow the instruction on setup and I see no errors. Attached is a picture of my internet speed and the red light. I'll appericate any help with this. Also, when I'm home streaming I do not have that problem. Only when I am at the church is when I have this problem.
