Question / Help Streaming League of Legends characters lag - Nothing else.

SOLVED.

I'm trying to stream League of Legends. It works 'OK', but its not good enough.
When I stream, I get like ~100-200 fps, which is nice. The problem is ALL the character stutter when moving, but not while standing still. Nothing else lags, just the characters moving.

Try a little bit of downscale to reduce encoder CPU usage. Perhaps 1.5 downscale in video settings?

Wait a sec here, it says you're using monitor capture with aero on. Disable aero if you must use monitor capture, we generally recommend the other capture types on windows 7 and only using monitor capture as a last resort. I mean it's okay if you disable aero, but it's still not ideal even in that situation.
