So I have searched online for all the optimal settings for streaming games and such but when I stream league of legends, I tend to get some fps drops which i did epxect but it isnt smooth at all. I get 120fps but doesnt look smooth on my screen where as on stream the game looks as smooth as butter. I currently have a 6700k at 4.6ghz and a gtx1070 overclocked to 1700mhz which boosts to nearly 2000mhz. Upload speed is around 6000 and i set my bit rate to 3500 as suggested by obs estimator. When i stream overwatch the game on ym screen looks fine but when I watch the game stream It just looks very laggy. Basically the complete oposite of what happens to league of legends. I also have league of legends on monitor capture since i play the game in borderless mode.

use game capture instead of monitor capture. That might be your issue. Post a log here as well so we can see the problem. :-)
