Question / Help Streaming Lags and I can't see why

Hello,
I am new streamer and I have experienced some lag or Frame Drop on my system and I am not really sure why.
I am using a DELL Inspirion 15 5000 Series Laptop with specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-5500CPU@2.4GHz
RAM: 8GB
Windows: Win10 home - 64bit
Graphics: AMD Radeon R7M270 - 4097MB / Intel HD Graphics 5500

My issue also includes an FPS drop in game from 45-50-60FPS to 25FPS.

The version you're on, 0.659b, and its entire branch hasn't been developed or supported in 2 years. Update to studio is step 1.
