Question / Help Streaming lag spikes

Hey guys,

I'm trying to stream League of Legends and I'm getting fps spikes that is making it hard.

My computer has a 2.7 GHz intel core i5 with 8 GB of ram and the graphics card is a intel iris pro 1024 MB.


here is the last log, but i kept trying to tweak my settings

That log is actually incomplete, you probably opened the log file of an active session.
 
That also appears to have been from an active session. Use the help menu and try getting the "last" log file.
 
Thank you. There doesn't really appear to be anything wrong in the log file though, does this FPS spike happen to you? Or were you meaning on the video only? I may have to see an example.
 
See if it still happens if you make your scaled output resolution smaller (in video settings, not that I'm advocating it, just want to see if it has an effect)
 
I tried that and i was still getting some FPS spikes in ym game. im streaming right now and will be in game shortly if you want to try and see what im talking about
