Is it my computer system that is making my stream laggy/choppy. My quality and sound is fine but my screen is jumpy for the viewers. Im using about 86% cpu with the stats below. Should i try streaming with NVEnc on a higher bitrate and higher encoding or is it my internet thats the problem.
