streaming issues on chaturbate

I am streaming on Chaturbate.
I monitor my bitrate and it seems to cycle down to almost zero every 30 seconds or so.
What can I do to fix this?

That log file is incomplete. You'll need to have actually streamed for a few minutes (or longer) then grab the current log file after stopping.

1. If available via Windows Update, update Windows 10 to 20H2/09 per https://obsproject.com/blog/five-simple-tips-for-new-streamers
2. You are running the 32 bit version of OBS on a 64 bit system. This will reduce performance and greatly increase the risk of crashes due to memory limitations. You should only use the 32 bit version if you have a capture device that lacks 64 bit drivers. Please run OBS using the 64-bit shortcut.
3. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on the 64-bit shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
4. OBS Settings, Advanced, Network, check box for "Dynamically change bitrate...", apply, ok

If still having issues, post log with complete streaming session (star/stop at least 30 seconds long replicating issue)
