Question / Help Streaming = Internet Disconnection

I have recently decided to start streaming. My chosen software is OBS.

I currently believe that my internet is viable to stream: http://www.speedtest.net/result/3214980271.png
Along with my computer specs which are far above the recommended.

My OBS Settings are as follows:

Broadcast Settings: (Note: I live in Toronto)

So, I can stream for about 5 minutes.
I am streaming the game: World of Warcraft, along with music playing from a web page in the background.
Therefore I should have enough upload and download speed left. However, my internet after this period disconnects and I have to unplug my modem and plug it back in for my internet to start working again.

I'm currently unsure if this is either an issue with my internet provider, OBS or twitch.
Am I possibly using too much upload based data and causing my internet to disconnect?

Any guidance or help is greatly valued.

Kind regards,

Aaron.

This thread has a whole list of troubleshooting steps for dropped frames/disconnecting. Recommend you go through everything here, and if you still have problems (after actually having tried *everything*!!) then you'll want to call your ISP.

Thank you Krazy. I originally disregarded that post as I thought it was more relative to disconnecting from the streaming service, whereas my internet fully disconnects.

I will have a look over and report back.

Further notes:

When my internet drops the modem still has full lights and nothing starts to flash/go red/turn off.
I'm currently using a bitrate way under what I could be using as well which makes me suspicious its a problem with the modem itself.
