Question / Help Streaming hosts/servers with minimal lag

What are the best hosts/servers for a multi-camera setup? Are there any places out there with minimal lag? I'm using the latest version of OBS but I notice a significant lag, on Youtube anywhere from 10-30 seconds, same on Ustream. But those are free, so I'm wondering if people here use any good paid services.

If you're streaming gaming content, hitbox.tv has very minimal delay.

I'm streaming a video show kind of like Atheist Experience.

Then perhaps VaughnLive might be more appropriate. I believe they still serve raw RTMP rather than HLS.

Vaughn also has commercials on streams, for basic users at least.

It's just hard to not watch the stream itself when streaming but that's just what you have to do.
