Hello, I am using OBS to stream Heroes of Newerth games , I'd really like to give my viewers a good HD stream but somehow , it's not possible, my preview, and live stream freezes, whenever I try to stream in HD . My computer specs are : Self made gaming comp. Processor : AMD Phenom (tm) II X2 555 Processor 3.20GHz Installed memory ( RAM ): 8,00GB System type : 64-bit Operating System Windows 7 Ultimate , SP 1.

Speedtest.net results - Download 62.33 Upload- 79.10Mbps

I have tried almost everything, and I'm running clueless now, I would appreciate some setting modifications or somekind of help at all, to get my stream running smoothly at 720p.

Can you just post it here instead of uploading it to some random download site?

You're using Monitor capture with Aero enabled. You should be using Window capture instead. Monitor capture with Aero enabled is absolutely the worst capture method on Windows 7, and that's what's causing your problem.

But when I use window capture, then the game has to be in window mode, and for that game, its kinda squishy, since it can drop down the game to desktop any time you move your cursor over the edge of the game .

You have to run the game in windowed mode to use Monitor capture, too, or else it won't capture correctly. Borderless mode should work, too. Or you could use Game capture, which is a superior capture method to both of those, and should work if the game is not in Windowed mode.
