Question / Help Streaming help please!

So I noticed a lot of popular streamers that use OBS have an option on their stream to use multiple resolutions such as 1080, 720, 480, 360, and 240. When I turn on my stream I only have one option and that is 720. I have the resolution downscaled to 1.50(1280x720). I'm capable of streaming in 1080. Is there any way I can set up setting to be able to do this? I stream on twitch by the way. I wasn't sure if you need to partnered on twitch to be able to do the multiple resolution option or not or if it is an option on OBS to enable.

Please help!

That is not a function of OBS, it is a function of Twitch called Transcoding and is only available to Twitch Partners.
