Streaming h.265 (HEVC)

No video content in steam just audio when Nvidia hardware h.265 selected, fine when h.264 is. I am using a 3070 card. Any ideas anyone?

You cannot stream on Steam using the HEVC codec. At the moment, only youtube and a few other services have HEVC support, since it requires the HLS protocol.

I want to stream h.625 to the pluto sdr and transmit dvb-s2 up to the QO100 ham stellite.
