Question / Help Streaming - Got some errors - Need a fix!!

The streams I do end up being really laggy and I can't understand why!! Can someone please help?

I am using OBS Studio and these are my stream settings : http://imgur.com/a/QBAoJ

I've tried both YouTube and Twitch and both streams end up being choppy/laggy - Audio is perfectly fine. Just the video is laggy.

I have streamed before on OBS Classic and the stream was not laggy.

Thank you. And I'll have to get hold of my service provider. I'm starting to think my router is faulty.

You should succeed all these tests. If not, talk to your ISP.

Encoding lag: Your CPU is in problems. Try NVENC,

Rendering lag: minor problems,Reduce a bit ingame graphics.
