I want to stream an MP4 files with following specs:
File Type: MP4
Codec: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (avc1)
Resolution: 1280x720
FPS: 30
Bitrate: 8000Kbps CBR
These are the settings in obs for streaming:
I use an HP Elitebook 850 G6 with Intel Core i7-8565U + Intel UHD Graphics 620
When I stream, I think that image quality of image is not good.
Contours of the face and body are not defined. there are artifacts
I was expecting something better

Do you think that quality of the stream could be right with these settings ?
