Question / Help Streaming games at 144hz

Hello, i recently got back into streaming and i wanted to stream GTA 5. After playing on 144hz its really noticable when i go back to 60hz. I tried streaming at 144hz but its really choppy (horrible FPS). My current stream settings are 2500 bitrate, 1920x1080 scaled down to 1280x720, 60 fps (not sure if i should raise or lower). I've played around with Aero vs disabling Aero but it doesn't seem to help much. I run one monitor (benq) 144hz and a secondary monitor at 60hz. Specs are Intel i7 3770K 3.50GHz CPU, 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 GPU. Streaming is perfectly fine when i run my monitor on 60hz but when i have it set to 144hz with any game, the FPS drops to 17-25ish. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

i use game capture. A little more detail: I play Fullscreen (not windowed borderless like i do all my other games since i don't get 144hz in borderless mode) i have Vsync on, and my monitor resoluion on monitor 1 is 144hz and on my second is 60hz

From the help menu, upload a recent log where you streamed for at least 5 minutes while playing GTA then copy that link here.

just for the time being, disable your second monitor and stream while playing the game at 144hz, does that make a different? its just a test, I know you probably want that second monitor enabled.

I've seen some occasions where having different monitor hz ratings can cause a dive in fps while streaming.

your best settings will be aero enabled and game capture ( I think GTA needs anticheat hook?)

vsync or gsync? have you tried disabling vsync?

testing now, will post results (with logs) in a few mins

Here is the log file. With vsync disabled, i get between 60 to 75 fps, sometimes jumping to 85. Is this the most i can get while streaming? WIll i not be able to get the same fps as i would without streaming? Its a whole lot better, but i still notice the occasional stutter/fps drop
