Question / Help Streaming from one OBS stream to another

Is this possible?

Basically I have an event coming up that we'd like to pick up feeds from multiple rooms separated by a few hundred feet with a gigabit network connecting the two.

Ideally we'd pipe both feeds into a single location and then pick and chose which feed to use on the final feed going out to the internet.

Is there a way to do this? And if so how?
