Question / Help Streaming from OBS to iPad

Hello everyone!
I am currently try to stream the games that I play on my computer to my girlfriends iPad(in a different Country), so she can watch me play them(her request). I am trying to get it with game audio included which rules out skype, and with delay in us talking, which rules out Twitch.

I was wondering if anyone new a way or maybe an intermediary app that would allow OBS to be streamed to an iPad? Any help would be great!

I am not a professional, and I am not a dev but the best way to do this, is to live stream your games on twitch.tv, (I know you ruled it out, just skip past) or something, and your girlfriend can get the Twitch app, and search your stream. She will be able to watch it! But because you ruled it out, I suggest skype BUT BECAUSE YOU RULED THAT OUT TOO, in skype settings, if you have it set up right, you can put it where it records your microphone and audio for your whole computer. Not sure how to do that though
