Question / Help Streaming From Multiple Locations

OK, here's my scenario, not sure if this can be done, but if it could it would be freaking awesome!

I have a PC at home running OBS and constantly broadcasting to my website. Say for example, music videos that are being looped...

I have a laptop that I can take on the road with me, with a camera.

Here is my question...

Is there a way to setup OBS so that I can "Interrupt" the looped videos that are being streamed on the home PC and broadcast from the laptop?

Kind of like when the TV is "We interrupt this program....." type of thing.

Probably your laptop should have an white ip and then you can point the scene with media source to it. OBS Studio can switch scenes automatically (based on current window title - save notepad doc as music.txt and live.txt, use music.* and live.* as masks). If you can control your PC remotely and send commands and keystrokes - you can rise windows (maybe hotkeys just works too). So, I think it is possible. But re-encoding of the stream unavoidable.
