Hi I'm having some issues with streaming games via Twitch using OBS.
I have a pretty good computer, and good internet so I don't see the problem.
I'm not sure why my memory is only at 3060 considering I have 16G RAM
I can play League of Legends in full very high settings at 60+ FPS constant
But when I start streaming the game, my framerates drop to 30-40 even when i turn it down to all medium

I really hope somebody can help me out! <3 I'd like to stream with perfect quality.

I have my Encoding using CBR, CBR Padding, 10 Quality, 1500 Bitrate and Buffer. Audio AAC 128, with Aero Disabled.

For the Kraken, make sure you disable the Kraken launcher. Run msconfig and disable the Kraken Launcher from startup, and then reboot your computer.

Can you post your log? viewtopic.php?f=6&t=97

I deleted My (Hunter) folder under users.... and i can't find my logs. there are not in the public folder either. and as for the kraken launcher, when i went into msconfig and startup there was no kraken launcher app or file listed for me to disable

okay so i figured out what the problem is. when i enable my camera, is when the audio goes to really choppy and when i disable aero is when my framerates spike really bad and game looks choppy

Ah, you need to lower the resolution of your camera. Go into your camera's source properties and change the resolution to something lower. Some USB 2.0 1080p cameras have that problem.

what about the aero part?

When you disable Aero, the Window captures start performing badly. Window capture works best with Aero enabled.

so even with the recommended saying that i need to disable it, with window capture i need it enabled? and the framerate for OBS drops alot with window capture and Aero enabled.

What is telling you that keeping Aero disabled is recommended?

Can you post a new log with Aero enabled and your webcam resolution lowered?

I see you still have a scene with a monitor capture source in it, so make sure you remove that if you're going to use Window captures.

If you need to run the game in Fullscreen mode, then you're going to need to capture it with game capture isntead of Window capture or Monitor capture...is that what you mean?

No no, I'm wanting to use monitor capture with the camera on without it spiking so hard and no audio trouble in my headset, I play league in borderless so the window capture works for right now on the stream
