Question / Help Streaming FPS drops below 10

I used to be able to stream 1080p, 60fps just fine, now I'm not sure whats going on. While i'm clicked into OBS it runs normal, but as soon as I click into the game, the streaming FPS drops down below 10 fps and fluctuates. I can switch back and boom it shifts over to 60 again. I am fully updated in windows, obs, and nvidia drivers.

Limit FPS in the game a bit.

Why? I have a 100hz monitor, and it never caused issues before.

Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 20353 (70.4%)

Your GPU is overloaded. So as Osiris says try capping your frame rate.

So I need to ask again, why is this happening all of a sudden? I ran my games at 100+fps before just fine. The same games actually, PUB mainly.

Fine, I did it anyway. Set Black Ops 4 to 60 fps, OBS still running at 8fps.

Looking back I realize that have come off rude, not my intention. I appreciate the help, any other suggestions?
