Question / Help Streaming Elgato through OBS

I'm trying to stream from my PS4 with an Elgato HD60 Pro through OBS, and the Footage from my capture card randomly freezes every few seconds. I don't have any issues with upload speed or cpu usage. When I use the elgato software to stream instead of OBS, I do not have the same issue.

Deactivate HDCP in your PS4.
