This only occurred in this log - there are multiple other occurrences where I do not have this warning

Your gigabit network card is only connecting at 100mbps, this suggests a bad cable or very old router. See https://obsproject.com/wiki/Dropped-Frames-and-General-Connection-Issues for other suggestions if this doesn't help.
