Question / Help Streaming Dota 2 with i5 3750k

Hi, I've been wondering; what would give me more value in streaming Dota 2: changing my i5 3750k to better CPU or getting a new GPU (current is GTX 760)
Will the GPU change quality of graphics? Because I'm not satisfied with what I've got now.
