Question / Help Streaming dont even charge.

I begun two days ago to try streaming for fun, but im unable to it. When i go online, OBS is recording, but when i go in my twitch site, the streaming is only charging. I dont mean that it stop, charge and than works again, i mean that it even charge. Its is since a begining like this

My internet speed is

I tried with different bitrates, but it doesnt work in any of o tried. I have set it now at 2500. I tried with different stream keys too.
