I'am trying to stream CS:GO with 60fps, 720p. Got 4mb's upload, but sometimes it's going up to 6mb's. Don't ask me why :X
Problem: viewers experience lags, and somekind of stop/play thingy.
Was trying to stream at 3000 bitrate, then 3500. I'm not having any fps drops in the game. Gameplay looks fine for me and im comfortable with it. That's why I'am wondering why on stream it's looking like it was loosing frames.
My specs are: GTX 970 G1 Gaming, i5-3570, win7 64x, 8gb ram
Considering my upload, and gear, should I drop to 30fps and use lower bitrates or? I just want stable and good looking stream for viewers.
