So I can stream CS:GO just fine deathmatch match making etc....
But as soon as I open ESEA or CEVO client to try and scrim or pug on client, my stream starts freezing. Saying WARNING High Endcoding. Consider Turning Down Settings.

FPS: 30
Disable Aero (unchecked)
Advanced:
Video: x264 CPU Preset: veryfast
Encoding Profile: Main
Keyframe Interval: 2
Use CFR: (checked)
Custom x264 Encoder Settings: (unchecked)
Allow 61-120 FPS entry in video settings: (unchecked)
