Question / Help Streaming CS:GO - cant keep stable FPS

If anyone here have ever played CS:GO with low fps and/or on a bad PC rig, they know it feels very awkward trying to play it properly.

When I am not streaming, I got around 250 - 350 fps depending on the map.

So when I stream, it feels very laggy - You can see stuff are glitching ingame when I am switching weapons - and my FPS drops sometimes to a 100 (which isnt neccecarly bad, but with it comes the feel of a very overloaded system, making the gameplay next to unplayable on a rather high level of play)

I am sitting alone on a 25/5 mbit inet

with;
- Intel Core i7 4770K @ 3.50GHz
-16,0GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz
- MSI Z87-G45 GAMING
- 2048MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series

- Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

Nothing is above 30 degrees except my CPU which runs at 40 degrees

I have uploaded my latest session log file aswell

Thnx in advance!

Regards, Erik

Well, it's quite simple, CS:GO is not, in any way, optimized to stream it at the same time. The source engine in general just tries to render as many fps as it can. Hence, even on your pretty powerful system you notice the effect of streaming while playing.
Some people were able to lower the effect by fixing the framerate of csgo to 100fps for example. Other users said they could not play this way. For those I would simply recommend to build a 2 PC setup with a capture card, that removes all the stress of your Gaming PC.
In your log you were even using the superfast preset, if that still affects CS:GO too much for your liking, you might have to go the 2pc way as well.

Well that is where the frustrating part really kicks inn, where I see other streamers with aprox the same pc specc as me, and seems to stream fine at 200+ fps!

Yeah, sometimes it still feels awkward playing with superfast, so thats when I decided to ask here, since I know I must be doing something wrong with my OBS setting!
