Question / Help streaming crashes part way

Hello I am fairly new to streaming, I have managed to stream successfully twice for a good few hours (first was 4 and a half hours and my second was 3 and a half hours long). However the last couple of times I have tried to stream I have only managed to stream for upto an hour (sometimes less) where all of a sudden I lose audio (both in stream and in my headset), I lose keyboard and mouse controls and my webcam freezes but my game will carry on working as normal and carries on streaming. Obviously this is an issue as I cannot then navigate anywhere to close windows the normal ctrl+alt+del wont even open the task manager! I have to switch off the computer by the power button and then turn it back on again to get control back (which is obviously not great for the computer).

In the past I wasn't using the web cam although I had a scene setup fro it I never actually used it, so my question to you lovely people is, am I doing something majorly wrong here to cause this issue and can I easily fix it or is there something casuing issue? any help would be great and I have posted the the log from my last stream where this occured below.

PS I have updated all my drivers as I read somewhere that this fixed the issue from someone but it doesn't seem to of for me unfortunately.

Many thanks in advanced,

Alan

Log shows the following:

15:04:45.045: ================================
15:04:45.046: Warning: OBS is already running!
15:04:45.046: ================================
15:04:45.046: User is now running multiple instances of OBS!

OBS may have trouble functioning when more than one instance is running.

15:04:45.049: Windows Version: 10.0 Build 17134 (revision: 523; 64-bit)
15:04:45.049: Running as administrator: false
15:04:45.049: Aero is Enabled (Aero is always on for windows 8 and above)
15:04:45.049: Windows 10 Gaming Features:
15:04:45.049: Game DVR: On

Windows is out of date, and that means Game Mode is on by default and cannot be turned off. (This is distinct from "Game Bar" and Game DVR (which i also on) and negatively impacts OBS performance. You need to run the October 2018 update and turn game mode off. Check the signature for instructions.

15:04:47.141: [WASAPISource::TryInitialize]:[Microphone (Logitech G933 Gaming Headset)] Failed to activate client context: 88890004
15:04:47.141: [WASAPISource::WASAPISource] Device '{0.0.1.00000000}.{0cd344a6-d502-4023-a2d1-b30204789f2b}' not found. Waiting for device
15:04:47.169: adding 46 milliseconds of audio buffering, total audio buffering is now 46 milliseconds

In this log OBS couldn't access your headset, but I imagine this might be because of multiple instances, or because OBS doesn't have permission to access it.

15:04:47.343: DShow: HDevice::ConnectPins: failed to connect pins (0x80040207): The owner SID on a per-user subscription doesn't exist
15:04:47.343:
15:04:47.469: warning: deprecated pixel format used, make sure you did set range correctly
15:04:47.489: DShow: Run failed (0x800705AA): Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

OBS is also trying to access a capture device and can't. This could be because of permissions, or because of multiple instances of OBS running-- the other instance is already using those devices.

If that isn't it, running OBS as admin might help.

Beyond that, there's no streaming session in this log, so there's no performance data.

Thank you for your reply, yes I accidently opened two version of OBS at one point and I thought this was the last time it crashed, I could be mistaken.

I will run the update to windows and turn off game mode and see if that helps.

As for the headset I didn't have it plugged in/turned on for this stream so that could be why it was saying that as I kept it on my mixer. I will try all the things you suggested and run the stream again later to see if it will recreate the same issue but thank you for your help.

ok so I downloaded the latest windows and did the game option to off, I ran OBS in admin mode and I got a bit further along but again about 10-15mins in to the stream i lost audio and mic and (i had my webcam turned off but again lost that too) and couldnt use any of my controls but the stream continued as did the game until I hit the power button to restart the computer.

I don't know. There's nothing obvious in the log, and it seems OBS is freezing up when this is happening, but not generating a crash log, either.

The only other obvious thing to suggest is check and make sure your video drivers are also up to date.
