So I was streaming Control. It's generally fine in-game. I don't notice any stuttering. I don't notice any stuttering in the OBS preview. I do notice a lot of stuttering on Twitch and local recordings though. I'm not sure why this is. Both my GPU and CPU are pretty strong so they shouldn't be strained.
