Streaming Connection Dropout Issue

Hello,

I ran into a very frustrating issue last night. I was using OBS to stream to Twitch, and just under an hour into our stream, I noticed we had lost connection. In the Stats dock in OBS, the stream status was "reconnecting," and our bitrate was hovering between 0 and very low values, like 500 kbps. I tried to stop the stream, but it was stuck on "stopping stream," and I eventually force closed OBS. It hung around as a background process for a minute, preventing me from restarting it, but once I was finally able to and upon trying to start streaming again, I received the error: "Could not access the specified channel or stream key, please double-check your stream key. If it is correct, there may be a problem connecting to the server." After this, I did a reset of both my PC and my modem & router just to be safe. But it doesn't seem like it was related to my network; everything else was working fine, including accessing Twitch from the browser on the same PC, and a speed test showed the usual download/upload speeds. And we've been streaming with these exact settings for probably over a year now and haven't had this issue. Log files and crash reports for this instance are found below.

Once everything was back up and running, we were able to connect with seemingly no issues at first. Looking back at the VOD, this time we were live for exactly 1 hour before it dropped out again, which seems oddly specific. We were able to stop the stream this time, but trying to reconnect returned the same error as earlier, so we just called it a night at this point. Log file for this instance is below.

I do notice in the log files a "Max Audio Buffering" error, but would this cause the stream to drop out like it did? As I said before, nothing has changed with settings or my environment, so it's hard to pinpoint why this happened at all. Could it just have been ISP upload issues? I'm hoping something in the log files/crash report can shed some more light. Any assistance or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

watching twitch and streaming to twitch are not actually the same thing in multiple ways.
1> the direction of traffic on your connection
2> the servers you as an end user connects to
