Question / Help Streaming choppy or laggy.

So Let me get started and say what I've, I have a GTX 1060 ( 6GB ) With an Intel Core i7-7700K Kaby Lake 4.2 GHz and I've attempted every setting but my stream has been choppy or lagged.

Let me show you my obs settings

I don't understand there are streamers who have GTX 960 An a CPU That is lower than mines and can stream with good quality please someone help!

I am not sure but since the update, my 1060 has been having issues with obs as well when recording. The screen lags sometimes but the main issue is the video freezing up and it continues to record but only audio
 
I have no idea as I have not tried to stream since I got this pc but I know recording has been horrible with the same issues you are running into
 
I doubt we get much in help sadly. It seems like they do not respond very often. Even though this is supposed to be their " Official technical support forum" Most of my issues when posting here go unanswered for long periods of time months or longer.They say its because they are all volunteers and I can understand a bit of a delay but when it reaches a month without any help is a bit much.
 
Yes everyone is working as an volunteer and its a free to use Software so theres only limited help available.

Though usually theres help within a few days if you follow the simple guidelines of describing your issue followed by a log (https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/please-post-a-log-with-your-issue-heres-how.23074/)

In your Case a Log is also needed.

As well as using the veryfast Preset instead of the faster.

Since you are streaming you should also be using the profile main instead of high and a keyfram interval of 2 instead of 0

I've also been skipping through your Vod and I cant really see any choppyness nor lagging besides what looks like serverside lagg (rubberbanding)

Well not every person needing help needs the log file to get help through this one does. Even with log files though it still can take way longer than what it should. I do not know about this person but I know if it was as bad as what I am running into it would not be posted anywhere and mine has to do with recording and I know mine and others with the same issue have log files yet no one has responded.
