Bug Report Streaming causing devices/drivers to disconnect

I've been streaming with Windows 7 perfectly fine. I've upgraded to 10 a few weeks ago and whenever I try to stream everything is perfectly fine for about 10-15 minutes, but after a while some devices (mouse, keyboard, WiFi adapter, usb headset) will stop working and the only option is to restart my computer. When the devices stop working the drivers become uninstalled as well whenever I go to device manager.

I wouldn't think this would be a hardware issue as I said I was streaming on Windows 7 weeks earlier perfectly fine, but I do notice the same thing happens even when using Xsplit which leads me to believe it's not a software issue with OBS itself. Perhaps it's something to do with NVENC and Windows 10? Either that or it could be my processor overheating as it's an AMD and a little older... Anyways here is the log file. Any help would be appreciated!

Try reducing the resolution of your webcam to reduce the strain on the USB bandwidth.
