Question / Help Streaming but not uploading

so this just started happening tonight out of nowhere, and I'm not sure if it's a problem on My end or not but for some reason every time I try to start live streaming the kb/s stays at zero and nothing happens on My actual twitch channel. this has only ever happened to me once before and I forgot how I solved the issue but I'm completely lost when it comes to fixing what isn't broken lol.

you can always try another server if it's on twitch. you should also check out the latest test version for improvements.
